An introductory workshop on the fundamentals of academic research, run as part of the Army IBA Research Society’s weekly learning series. I serve as Advisor to the society.
The session was aimed at students with no prior research experience, and covered what a research question actually is, how to tell a good one from a merely interesting one, and the shape of the work that follows.
